Exemplary Migrant Student Yearbook

The annual Exemplary Migrant Student Yearbook highlighting achievements of migrant students in the state of Washington will no longer be published because of Migrant Education Program changes.

The Washington State Exemplary Migrant Student publication of 2005-2006 highlighted the accomplishments and significant potential of migrant students within our state's secondary schools. It was circulated among the public schools, legislators, city commissioners and the media.

The migrant students who were featured in this publication excelled in many areas in spite of the hardships of migratory life. These students have contributed much to their schools, their families, and their communities.

The Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, Title I C Migrant Education Program in partnership with Educational Service Districts 105, 171, 189; Migrant Student Data and Recruitment Office; and the Secondary Education for Migrant Youth are proud to recognize these students in this Washington State Exemplary Migrant Student Yearbook.
